Nine roles ship on day one. Three worlds ship on day one. After that the hub is a workshop — drop in more agents, rename them, give them tools, and paint a whole new room for them to work in. Same crew, your story.

Add agents. Name them. Give them a job.

  • Spin up a new role from the workbench — pick the model, the tools, the safety scope.
  • Hand your new hire a skill from the catalog and they're working before the kettle boils.
  • Reskin any character with your own pixel art — the crew sheet is just PNGs in a folder.
  • The handoff bus doesn't care how many roles you add. It scales with the room.

  • A world is a folder: one background, one palette, one set of crew variants. Ship a new one in an afternoon.
  • Drop the world bundle into ~/.rhobear/worlds/ and it shows up in the picker, no restart.
  • The community share their worlds the same way they share Obsidian themes — open, swappable, yours.
  • The work is the same in any room. The room is the part that gets to be fun.

The hub is the room you spend hours in. The work is serious, but the room shouldn't feel like an Excel sheet. Small things matter when you're staring at the same window for eight hours.
