He didn't learn to code.
He learned to communicate with a coding fleet.

RHOBEAR is the work of one non-developer who knew how to lead a crew. Built in under 30 days, by a self-taught founder who treated his agents like teammates instead of toys.

I'm self-taught. I'm not even watching YouTube videos like that. My coding background was web design from when I was a kid. But I know how to work on a team. I know how to accomplish a goal one step at a time. I understand that you build a house from its foundation. Once I knew what a backend is, how folders sit within each other, what a script is — that cleared the way to communicating with an agent fleet in a way that builds real software.
— Dearien Campbell, RHOBEAR founder
WHAT THE LESSON IS

If you can lead a crew, you can lead a fleet.

The bar for shipping real software is no longer the ability to write every line. It's the ability to know what shape the house should be, who on the crew owns each room, and when to say "this is wrong, do it again." That's what RHOBEAR is.
